April lied on the phone about something being in stock, after I told her it was time sensitive and was going to cost me $30-40 in Ubers to get there and back. Crazy. I'm sure she doesn't represent everyone there, but they should definitely not let her field phone calls.
Typical drug store. Clean and friendly business
Today 6/9/2026 picked up some medication this morning and let me just say this if you don't like your job or location find a different one , nobody needs any rude pharmacy staff assisting a Walgreens customer . Experienced really disgusting staff behind the counter.
Waiting in the pharmacy drive-thru takes forever and waiting on phone to speak to someone takes 25min or more. I know the employees are doing their best, but Walgreen Corporate is not supporting the employees of this store the way they should be.
