Very kind service. They go above and beyond and they do it with a smile.
I’m writing this now one hour and forty minutes into holding for the pharmacy. It’s completely reprehensible how understaffed this location is. Since the Nicolett Walgreens closed I’ve been forced to move here and every single refill is a fight. I’ve waited in line for over an hour, I’ve sat on hold, and I’m not even guaranteed to get the medication when I get to the front of the line; half the time their system has screwed something up and they don’t have access to the drug I need. The line normally takes an hour, it's always super warm in there, and it's constantly closing. I don't even go at 'busy times' to get medications. Please hire more people and pay your people more. They have to deal with way too much and there are plenty of people looking for jobs right now. It's also such a hassle to get almost anything in the store section because it's locked up. Nobody wants to wait 15 minutes to get deodorant.
This is the worst pharmacy ive ever had. It takes an hour to get them on the phone, and then they lie to you. Ill be told itll be ready by a certain time, and when i show up its “oh we’ll have that ready in a half an hour”. After waiting in line for a half an hour…..its just terrible. Then i go in at 8am the next morning to take my time sensitive meds and no one is here 20 minutes after opening
This is a failed pharmacy. Good luck getting your meds on a regular basis. They don't even deserve 1 star.
