I had a flu shot scheduled, arrived on time, no one else in line. Took 6 minutes to be recognized by 3 staff, was told to take a seat for 28 minutes (while no other patients in the clinic, not waiting behind anyone else). Took 2 mins to get stuck.
2 am. Toddler who needs medicine. No hours posted-comes up on Google search for open now-not open. Cmon
I can concur that getting a person in the pharmacy to actually pick up the phone is impossible. As another review mentioned, I too have been placed on hold for long periods of time only to have my call disconnected. It is exclusive to this 9th E. location as the other Walgreens pharmacy I use on Parley's Way always quickly answers my calls. I would have given 1 star if not for the pharmacy staff when I visit in person. They have been helpful and acknowledge that the phone system supposedly "has problems". Called, was informed the pharmacy was open. Waited on hold for 2 hours. Was "first" in line for at least 1 hour. Called from a separate phone while waiting only to learn the pharmacy closed unexpectedly whilst on hold.
