Called, was informed the pharmacy was open. Waited on hold for 2 hours. Was "first" in line for at least 1 hour. Called from a separate phone while waiting only to learn the pharmacy closed unexpectedly whilst on hold.
Can not get thru to a person. Been waiting over 24hrs for pain meds after surgery. Waited on hold for 20 min then got disconnected. Got ahold of a person at their down town location, they verifiedright away that the order was in but referred me back to the 4500 s 900 e location to pick up. Again could not get a response. Will never use this location again. It is worth it to me to drive a little farther than deal with this store.
So bad. Serious frustration. They don't even answer the phones! I'm going back to Smith's.
