Absolutely RIDICULOUS , I just needed to know if I had a refill on a medication I waited on hold on the phone 54 min , FIFTY FOUR MINUTES that is absolutely ridiculous. Most of the staff are rude and act as if they're doing you a favor by doing what they are paid to do. If I could find this one medication anywhere else as cheap as it is here I'd NEVER go to this store again period
If you want fast service and meds filled in a timely manner - this is not the place for you. I had to go there this afternoon to get a couple of prescriptions filled and it took nearly 2 hours. I got 3 out of 4, but they had to order an inhaler. I heard other people in line just as frustrated as I was because their prescription wasn't ready or it had to be ordered. I changed all of my prescriptions to my mail order pharmacy from Walgreens and now I remember why
