Exceptional service with very friendly staff.
First and foremost, the pharmacy staff here is rude. The level of ignorance behind the pharmacy counter is incomprehensible. Every time I try to have my prescriptions filled when there has been a dosage increase, they don’t read doctor’s orders and get my meds “delayed.” I’ve had to repeatedly argue with them and my insurance to fix this after they’re done. The pharmacy here is a total crap shoot! People with major attitudes behind the counter, on the phones etc. as a disabled person it is absolutely ridiculous that they have no way for people to utilize tap and pay at the drive through window. It’s ridiculous to think people are carrying around physical cards anymore. Walgreens is clearly here to cater to the physicians offices not the patients.
