When I came to pick up my prescription the Pharmacy tech (female) required for me to explain why I'm taking this prescription before she would let me have it. Incredibly invasive and unnecessary, I'm almost certain this is a HIPAA violation. If I have a prescription for it then that's all there is to it.
If I could give Walgreens less or zero Stars I would Walgreens is the worst pharmacy they're so inconvenient they try to inconvenience you the best way they possibly can no matter what. You could be just getting out of surgery they're going to find some reason why they can't give you your prescription and if they got to give you your prescription you got to have this and have that and they don't tell you when you call them ahead of time to see if your prescription is ready what you need to bring in they think everybody's sup... read more
Worst Walgreens in the system. Change pharmacy hours all the time. Manage the place right or close it permanently
Public service announcement for this Walgreens store @ 2316 N. Rockwell Ave in Bethany OK. DO NOT USE THEIR PHARMACY! I've been trying to pick up a prescription at this store since January 1st. Different store personnel say to come back the next day, and that they will close at 6PM. I get there at 3 PM the next day and the pharmacy is closed. The store manager informed me that they had to close earlier because they are short staffed. Great place to shop for candy and cards, but they need take down the "PHARMACY" signage off ... read more
