Absolutely incompetent pharmacy staff. They are rude and refused to give my wife my meds after I had complete shoulder replacement surgery. Kept saying meds were ready then when she went back they'd say she has to wait. I needed my medicine ASAP.
The phone number is listed under Money Gram, but they don't do money orders any more at any location. Probably fired the guy that kept everything up-to-date I would imagine
No customer service. No one at register. Asked an employee who was sitting on a stool stocking shelf if he could check us out. Nope. Said to go to photos to check out. This was after we asked another employee if she could check us out. NOPE. NO response from that girl. She just walked on past us. Will never come to this store again.
This Walgreens was so busy and there was only one employee on the floor helping in photo and checking people out. However, because of Eric going above and beyond, I had a great experience. Eric helped me multiple times with a great attitude, as I had issues with a poster I ordered. He helped me until it was right and was very helpful! Eric gets 5 stars, however this Walgreens needs to get more employees on the floor.
