Walgreens on Piplar Springs is a horrible place to do pharmaceutical business. they are INCREDIBLY slow. From what I can tell, the techs are competent enough, they just do not have enough scheduled to work. Then, the line gets backed up around the block and someone has some issue that they really need to go inside for. VERY frustrating. No, I do NOT recommend this pharmacy to anyone.
People are always friendly, service wonderful too. So I know it’s not their fault that the pharmacy doesn’t just have a drop off box/line for prescriptions. Waiting in line for hour just to drop off script is ridiculous. I suggested this to pharmacy tech at window, cause she was working so hard btw the windows and the desk, and she has always suggested this to her boss. Trying to reach some one before walking two miles there. EVERY option puts me on hold, then tells me that the correct number for the store is (then tells me the number. Which is the one I called) then says for my convenience I can press one to be connected directly to their store. So I do. Start all over again with the options. Get back on hold for next available rep. Comes on and tells me the same thing about the correct number and being connected. This time I don't press 1. It hangs up on me after a minute.
Have spent ALL day ( three trips) and still waiting! Although I received texts that prescription was ready �
