This store haa employees in serious need of retraining. Attitudes galore, no customer service, and unwilling to assist in any way.

AWFUL treatment by your employee Tiffany. You should be ashamed. And to instruct the officer to ensure he leaves the establishment? Uncalled for. SHE needs to leave and HE deserves an apology.
Very disappointed in the treatment of customers at this location. If you want to keep the bottles locked up, then at least have a sampler that customers can smell before buying!

I been in a the customer service for 16 years and what I seen in a video today with Tiffany refusing service on a customer just because he asked to smell a certain type of cologne. And call the police also and probably lied and said she was being threatened smdh Walgreens needs to get it together
The manager of this location need to be termed for her behavior and treatment of customers. Her actions were out of line, and to call the police for not doing her job is example of miss usage of tax payer dollars.
