Moving the pharmacy drive-thru faster. it was absolutely ridiculous how slow they were today. Then, once I did pull up to the window, I could barely hear, sound system needs improving.
I'll never set foot in another Walgreen's again. A manager in this store falsely accused my adult daughter of theft, Manager was black, daughter is white - surprise! She had to file a complaint with corporate after being handcuffed by police and questioned. There was no evidence she took anything. Said manager also lied, said she was being belligerent and was throwing things on the floor - not true. Also said she fled the store, jumped into a vehicle and fled. Pharmacy department needs a makeover on employees or training. Friday, I gave them the prescription, ID card,and the insurance card. I was told the medication would be ready after 10:00am. Get there on Saturday medication not been. Reason, oh your medical card is needed. What did they do on Friday when I gave them the medical card, nothing with. Next one of the medication wasn't filled because they said a doctor authorization was needed but the doctor signature was on it. Never got the second meds because they shouldn't be w... read more

Stay away from this store Ricky the pharmacist assistant is EXTREMELY rude, unacceptable behavior, he needs to wk in a dead animals camp.
