Estuve esperando cerca de 20 minutos para obtener ayuda con unas fotografías. Estuve en el lugar 1:15 pm el día 16 septiembre 2026. Aunque una de las personas de la caja registradoras me dijo que había servicio para la toma de fotografías y llamó durante varias ocasiones fue imposible que la persona encargada acudiera al llamado. Simplemente no deberían ofrecer servicios que no pueden cumplir. Te ofrecen copias digitales de las fotos y nunca las envían. Simplemente un engaño el servicio y sus productos.
I wish zero stars were an option. Every visit to this pharmacy is a terrible experience. The staff are dismissive and unprofessional, the credit card machine regularly has issues, and no one seems interested in resolving anything. The website says the pharmacy opens at 9:00 AM, yet it was closed. When I asked an employee what time it opened, she continued chewing her gum and simply pointed with her fingers to indicate 10:00 AM instead of even speaking to me. Where is upper management? This Walgreens has been our go-to pharmacy for the past 12 years without any issues from any department. However, we have to give it one star because of the horrible pharmacy department. They constantly mess up my prescriptions! Please stay away from this pharmacy. If you ever need help, ask for someone else to assist you. Also, keep a report on Alexis whenever you pick up your meds.
