It makes me sad to delete my 5-star review and leave this one but I'm beyond disappointed in Dr. Mitch. I've been bringing my senior dog to Dr. Mitch for many many years. He's done several surgeries for my boy and diagnosed him with Addison's disease. Everything has been great until I brought him my puppy. I was shocked when I came in to have blood drawn for my 7-month-old puppy's neuter surgery. I told the vet tech that my puppy has trauma and we're working with a professional dog trainer but he is reactive and needs patien... read more
Staff and Doctors are awesome! My dogs love them. The communication and treatment are very thorough.
If you have a small animal or guinea pig, I would highly recommend Wales Animal Clinic. They were always so good to get my little guy seen as soon as possible. Their compassion when making his take-home box after he passed and making a footprint for his memory is truly unmatched. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet that goes above and beyond!
Dr. Bruckert and his staff are so pleasant! I rate his front desk staff a 10 if I could! They are always smiling and are so personable. They rank up there as the best I have dealt with in all my years of visiting vets. Dr. Bruckert is very knowledgeable and considerate of my bunnies. I only wish there were two of him because he is so popular I have to book out a week or two. I usually don't mind because that just means that he does a good job to have so many clients.
Wales Animal Clinic handles our challenging rescue dog beautifully. Other clinics wanted to muzzle him although at Wales he actually enjoys going! We are extremely happy with the care and experience they provide.
