Dr. Elyaman actually took as long as was needed during my initial consultation without the typical feeling of the doctor being in a rush to see the next patient. He was kind, compassionate and personable while still being professional in mannerisms. I was going to purchase a Groupon for 20 units of Botox. I called Innova inquiring about appointment availability, they told me I did not have to purchase the Groupon and they would honor it. I've had Botox before from another provider several times, so I know what 20 units of Botox does for me. They did not even come close to providing 20. After two weeks (normal time allowed to full affects to take place) I called them to complain. They asked me to come in. They offered to give me 10 more unit
I was impressed with his professional demeanor as well as his devotion to his Patients, He came to my home on a Sunday morning to meet with me and discuss any concerns I might have had with my health. He made me feel quite comfortable due to his wonderful “bedside” manner. The first meeting went well and I feel very positive about having him for my doctor ?????
Dr Waleed is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. I have seen many doctors over the years who refuse to take the time to explain anything or answer any questions. He actually listens and takes his time to make sure that you understand whats going on with your care instead of just pushing more meds at you! He is also extremely easy to talk to! My whole family sees Dr Waleed now and we are truly blessed to have him taking care of us!
