An amazing customer service experience yesterday. Naresh who has always been a great customer advocate really outdid himself with a medication supply issue. In between his busy schedule he took the time to make numerous calls to surrounding pharmacies to find a medication that he was unable to provide. His efforts which only benefited me is really appreciated and serves as an example of what can be done when a professional prioritizes the customer over the transaction.
