We called Matt and he sent out his crew the same day. Skylar and Jared were outstanding in every way. Courteous and efficient, they even took off their shoes without being asked. They made a couple of excellent suggestions and fixed my issue quickly and perfectly. They were a pleasure to deal with and an asset to the company. Matt and Michael saved the day. We don't ever expect fittings to go bad, but we had one, behind a shower faucet, on a Sunday... We called Waldroup plumbing on Monday morning and Porsha was so sympathetic, and the guys came out by 1:30 that afternoon. We might have just lucked out with their scheduling, but nonetheless, they were kind, professional, and efficient. Will call them again in a heartbeat when we face our next plumbing emergency (or non-emergency!).
