Levi was sent out to us through AAA to jump start my car. He arrived very quickly and suggested we stop by the shop to check if the battery is charging after a drive. Once we arrived there, my car wouldn’t start again. Levi and another employee tested the battery and found it was no longer functional. They explained how they knew that and stated they could get a new battery for me within a few hours.
