Gave the pickup driver the wrong address even though the address was written down in an email. Was given a quote of 350-400 dollars by the mechanic. This was described as a quote by the business which once agreed to by the customer is a legal agreement. If the work needed, exceeds the 400 mark then the customer needs to be notified and asked if they wish to continue with an updated quote. Absolutely useless advised me 25 to 1 fuel mix for my Solo chainsaw then it stuffed up wouldn't run I took it in to be fixed at Waldos they replaced the Spark plug and said it had a clogged muffler first I had just put a brand new plug in it when it wouldn't run they took away the cost of the plug when I showed them the receipt how dishonest in the first place.Second I phoned Masport Australia the Australian importer they told me too much oil in the petrol caused blocked muffler should be 40 to 1 double checked internet says... read more
Great service. Dropped of my Toro zero turn with a suspected siezed motor. About 2 hours later received a phone call confirming just that. Got my mower back in about 4 working days as indicated and at a reasonable price including a full service and new blades. Luke was super helpful and although very busy had the time to answer my questions regarding purchasing a larger model and walk me through all the features. Great service.
Rode the old mower in and a new one out. Very happy with the value and customer support. Need more grass to cut now cause it's to quick lol.
