I took my truck to be serviced for an oil change, on the road on my way out of town for work I noticed a ticking sound coming from underneath the hood . I took it to a local ford dealership in North Carolina and was advised that there wasn’t enough oil in the truck and that it needed two quarts of oil. I have been here multiple times for service. Customer service is very terrible. It's almost like they seem mad that you came in. Then on top off that they prices are way high. Sign says oil changes 69.99. Cashier 128.15. When I questioned the price it was oh it's because it's synthetic oil... Mind you it's just an oil change. Last time I paid 136 for the works. I can’t say enough about the outstanding experience I had with Waldorf's Ford of La Plata. I had an issue with my 2019 F150 5.0 having some rough shifting, and took it in for a transmission fluid flush. From the moment I dropped my truck off, the service team Heather and Beth demonstrated clear communication, and an unwavering commitment to getting the job done right — not just for the truck, but for me as the customer. Beth was AWESOME! As soon as I pulled up to the service bay she came out and met me and showed me where the waiting room was while they serviced my truck. A great experience! I will be having my two vehicles serviced here from now on!
