I can’t say enough about the outstanding experience I had with Waldorf's Ford of La Plata. I had an issue with my 2019 F150 5.0 having some rough shifting, and took it in for a transmission fluid flush. Beth was AWESOME! As soon as I pulled up to the service bay she came out and met me and showed me where the waiting room was while they serviced my truck. A great experience! I will be having my two vehicles serviced here from now on!
