This was my first time having my Lexus serviced at Waldorf Toyota dealership, and I had a great experience! Je’Garius was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the process. Excellent customer service goes a long way, and Jay definitely delivered. I appreciate the positive experience and would gladly recommend this dealership to others!
Second time Eric has handled my maintenance and it’s always amazing service! I was all over the place and he always made sure I was okay!
Marjorie was absolutely the best. She kept me well informed and made this trip to the service department pleasant. I hope i get her as my service rep the next time i need my 4Runner serviced!!
I appreciated the discussions with Phillip B. about the report I received regarding my vehicle. More importantly, having the information right in front of me to make the best decision about which services I needed that day was a tremendous help. Thank you!
