Rep was polite and professional. Explained the the issues with the car. Patiently answered my questions. I did not feel rushed even through I asked the same question numerous times. Recommended future service at specific milage. Gave estimated price for service. I like your video from the mechanic. He just needs to speak slower. Entire staff was friendly and professional. Recommend better coupons since prices are increasing. Overall, good service!
