Not a driver -friendly experience at all. it’s been terrible. Medically, you’re supposed to sit quietly for at least five minutes before having your blood pressure checked. In Dr. F’s case, however, he’ll have you do a couple of exercises first and then check your blood pressure. That’s not an accurate way to assess it, and it could end up taking a driver off the road unnecessarily.
