im from portland oregon a big city so i love the small kinda quiet space that this gym is in. its not the best state of the art type of gym but you definitely get what you need. and the basketball gym is always full love the games

I used to exercise at home to various dvds and my own routines and music. A friend convinced me to join a gym and without doing much shopping I chose Sport and Health. It's a 5 minute drive for me and I love that it has late hours so that I can work out late in the quiet if I want. The machines are pretty good, though it is time to update some of the cardio equipment and some of the weight equipment seems a bit dated and breaks down often. I rarely give anything a 5-star rating unless I'm extremely impressed (hard to do). I have recently come to the conclusion that I cannot keep myself accountable working out at home/outside, especially during the winter months. I sought out a gym in Waldorf that offered a spin/cycle class and a no-contract deal. Sport and Health was the only one! I was a member at this gym for the first time about 2 years ago. I stopped because I over heard one of the employers talking about my weight and making fun of me do i stoppef doing. I started going back to this gym about a month ago.
