I have never heard of any landscaping service who advertises publicly claim to Not be able to service New potential clients. Very Sad... Didn't even get an actual person to answer and maybe give any information on a possible day in the future. We've used this service since the beginning of the 2020 season and haven't been disappointed. They are always thoughtful about cutting the grass to the appropriate length and not cutting when its wet so as to not damage the grass. I found this refreshing, the fact that he would come out, see that the grass was too wet and instead of just doing it because he was already here, decide that he would come back when it was dry because that was in our best interest to have a healthy lawn. I've used Chris for a couple months now and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service! Very nice guy and answers very quickly and is there on short notice! My yard looks wonderful everytime. You won't be disappointed.
I began to patronize this business mid summer of 2020 and originally they were quite receptive and professional with the service; although minimal lawncare was necessary for the townhouse I live in. The pricing was good and they showed up consistently for the first couple of visits. Things changed quickly when I was contacted and told my lawn had been taken care of and I paid instantly, but on my return home I discovered that nothing was done to my lawn or patio.
