When my bank card was lost/stolen, I reached out to KO Storage and spoke with MICCA. She let me know how I could get my new card set up as soon as it arrived. She also let me know how I could get any late fees that transpired in the meantime, waived after my payment. MICCA was super knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks so much!
To secure the unit was very fast and easy but when it said inside unit I was expecting an inside unit other then that everything went great thanks to Ms Hazel
