I dropped my car off at Waldorf Honda for a diagnostic one evening because my car wouldn’t start. My car was dead. It was so bad a jump from another vehicle wouldn’t start my car. It only started if I charged the battery. I was told by a tech a day after dropping it off that apparently they tested my starter, battery and alternator and they all were fine. Careless - They forgot to replace my transmission fluid cap after servicing my car. I spent over $4,000 in various services on October 7, including a transmission drain and fill service (invoice C41536). I wasn't driving very much in October, so everything seemed fine initially. Best place to take your vehicle. In and out with no problem. techs and service advisors always explain everything to me . The manager John is one of thr best managers I’ve ever talked to, always friendly and helpful. Will be telling all family and friends to come here!!??
Had a front end problem with 2012 Honda Pilot. Was approached by John Quilen who happened to be the manager. He sat me down went of my options and was not pushing stuff I didn’t need. Very pleasant experience. Thank you John
Over a month ago, I took my car in to get checked because the yellow engine light came on. First, they came out and told me I would only have to pay $25 to replace a specific part. Then somehow, that $25 turned into $577. Not to mention, I was sitting in the dealership for 7 hours just to find that out and to be told I wouldn’t be taking my car home. And now, here we are.
