I’ve been a loyal customer of this Honda service center for over two years, regularly coming in for oil changes and inspections. However, after my recent experience, I will not be returning, and I highly advise others to avoid this place. It all started when I had a flat tire on the highway. Went in for scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Few days earlier got to close to curb and left marks on rubber. Needless to say the tires were not rotated and now questioning oil change? How would u know? It’s in the back for over a hour. Pay attention to what is done. I will mark my tires and oil filter. This is scheduled maintenance for my Honda Odyssey to keep my warranty valid. Love my Van but Waldorf Honda Dealership is questionable.
Tom Kody (the owner) should read my review. Waldorf Honda is not to be trusted. I have been a loyal customer for nearly 2 years. From the beginning, it was evident money is all they care about. They were charging scam mark ups all because they could. When I got my pilot, Stormy had some confusion with numbers which made me have to come back in and sign new paperwork.
