Best place to take your vehicle. in and out with no problem. techs and service advisors always explain everything to me . The manager does a great job . Everyone always friendly.
If i could give more stars I would !! Great Service! Everytime I bring my car for service or a recall everything is done a timely manner. John is an excellent Service Manager . Love that he comes out to the waiting room to introduce himself. Always a great experience.
Other negative review. (The worst service I have ever!) I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service at Waldorf Honda Service Center. I purchased a brand-new tire in 2022. Just two weeks after they installed it, the tire pressure dropped from 33 PSI to 20 PSI. I returned and told them about the issue. ***UPDATE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW**** We just caught this service center in a DIRECT LIE. In the midst of what happened below, we were told by this Honda Service Center that there was an "active recall" on a part on our SUV, and that "In order to pass MD State inspection, it will HAVE to be replaced" in an effort to keep our vehicle hours longer than originally planned. Well, wouldn't you know it: We took our vehicle from them after this HORRIBLE experience, and had it serviced at a much more reputable place in Charlotte Hall. IT... read more
Excellent service! Justin and Anthony are phenomenal service providers. Justin ensured that my vehicle was properly serviced, and Anthony provided superb transportation services. Anthony made sure that I arrived to my destination and back to Honda of Waldorf safely.
