Rob is the best of the best. I recently had my vehicle serviced and was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and care shown by my service advisor, Rob. He took the time to clearly explain the recommended services, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure everything was completed on schedule. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable, honest, and customer-focused. I truly appreciate his dedication and will definitely return for future service needs.

Very unsatisfied. Dealt with rudeness and was disrespected purchasing the truck. 3 managers later we received some help from Floyd. Got the truck I wanted but very unhappy with how things were handled. Spray in bed liner from service was great but when leaving the lot the DEF gauge came on so truck wasn't even fully prepped before they let it leave the dealership parking lot
