Work outs are good and place not overly crowded!! Same crew everyday and pleasant atmosphere!! Love this place and feeling motivated by the pics on the wall (before and afters). This is where former DB from the oats Arrington works I out at!! Can't beat this place!!
I am pleased with the Waldorf Fitness Center! The gym equipment is up to date and the staff have excellency customer service skills. They were very helpful with showing me how to use the equipment. I live a distance away, but it was worth the commute. I recommend this center to anyone looking for a place to make a life change. Get fit and stay healthy! -M Satcher
