I absolutely love how everyone told me everything they were going to do step by step the whole way. From the receptionist, throughout with the nurses, and even Dr. K. Everyone made sure I knew what was going to happen, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure, before and after. Even checked on me the next day to ensure I was recuperating well.
The doctors and staff at this facility were extremely supportive and professional. They took the time to explain the procedure and to answer questions without sounding condescending. I had been a patient here in the past but don’t recall having this pleasant an experience. Special thanks to Dr Lewis!
Everyone at the center was very knowledgeable and took good care of me during the process.
