Went here to see what vehicles they had and get an appraisal for a trade in. Not sure what they did to my car but it was barely running after they looked at it when it was running fine earlier that day. Convinced they purposely messed it up so they could make a sale that day. DO NOT leave them alone with your trade in.

I wouldn’t trust a promise this dealership gives out. I had purchased a Chevy Colorado and on the test drive I noticed the running boards were loose so I brought it up and I was told that they would take care of it. Fast forward to today and I was just now told that there is nothing they can do about it. I’m extremely disappointed with the service at Waldorf Cadillac. My car has been in the shop three times just in June for the same front-end noise — and it’s still not fixed. I picked it up on a Thursday, and by Friday morning I was calling back because it was making the exact same noise I brought it in for. This car has been misdiagnosed multiple times.
