Price was significantly higher after checkout than advertised online because it was a “busy day” despite me being the only one in there, per the fine print dynamic pricing policy. My quoted $240 massage became a $480 total at checkout. The massage was ok, a bit relaxing but did not touch on deeper tissue or muscle. I would not come back or recommend. They need to work on transparency.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a salon. I scheduled a quick nail polish change. They charged twice the listed amount, and the polish was a mess. The technician used globs of old nail polish. After 45 minutes air drying in the lobby the polish still had not set. The polish she left on my skin dyed it orange. I ended up having to remove the paint and re-polish them myself before the event.

The masseur while very nice was 5-7 minutes late. No big deal really however he finished abo... read more

What an incredible experience my family and I had at the Waldorf spa. The ladies here treated us like family and for first timers like my daughter and me, probably ruined any chance of us having similar experiences elsewhere. Is it pricey? Yes. Was it worth it? Absolutely. We're already looking forward to our next visit.
