I had an incredible experience at the Waldorf Astoria Spa in Orlando, Florida. I give my experience & the spa itself 5 stars! The estheticians and all the spa staff work hard to provide clients at the spa with a memorable , relaxing and great experience at the spa. From the warm welcome and refreshing mocktail upon my arrival at the spa to the friendly tour of the amazing amenities included in my spa visit, my overall experience at the spa was an amazing one! I really enjoy my time at the spa in their pink salt room and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi looks out on the golf course as I see my significant other play. The shop sells some nice items like quality teas and nail polish.
When I say AMAZING STAFF !!!!!!!! I can’t say enough of how grateful I am for the impeccable service Thank you so much!!!!!!
The Services are fine. Spa environment not that amazing. They change pricing and tell you to read the fine print. "Starting at" usually meant for add on services but in their case they will raise the price at busy times or weekends. The staff doesn't properly speak or let you know to you during booking. Won't be coming back.
