The best Dr.'s and Groomer's & Staff! I have 5 pets that are patients . I have been very satisfied for over 8 years or more. Everyone of my animals get fantastic bedside manners from the Doctors and staff. They feel like family. Everyone is very friendly, loving towards my animals and compassionate about their profession. They truly care about the pets and human families. Prices may not be what some of us like, but it is a business and as a business owner myself, it is expensive to run a business you have to price accordinly... read more

They Get You With Hidden Costs The doctors are knowledgable. They are compassionate towards us (when our pet died) and compassionate towards our pets. On couple of occasion's the doctor opted for an over the counter medicine that could be purchased at CVS for less. But I just left out of there pretty mad at what they charged me for and will not be going back. We were returning for the third round of shots for our new dog and it was a different doctor than the other times. He said she had an ear infection, swabed the ear with ... read more

over priced/medical proceedures, tests This facility is greatly over priced and performs medical tests procedures that are not needed and also with out your permission. They are out for the almighty dollar and inflate your bill using hidden costs that will raise your bill up. They tell you your pet needs tests and blood work which is not really needed just so you have to pay more money. They are money hungry. When you tell them you do not want that test or feel it is unnecessary they say then to bad go someplace else. They w... read more

My response to unecessary surgery I've been using this clinic for about 12 years and have found the doctors to be wonderfully dedicated, caring and honest. I have one dog that has had major health problems that has cost me thousands of dollars both at this clinic and at specialists that I have been referred to. There is no way you can be talked into having treatment, expensive medications or surgery unless you agree with it. With the internet, there is no excuse for not understanding illnesses, medicines and tests, it only t... read more

Waldorf Animal Clinic Lionel F. It sounds as though you visited a lot of Vets and if you mentioned the cyst to all of them and they all did biopsies it must have been quite an issue. Perhaps WAC did what YOU wanted and your pet needed. All surgery is painful, but the pain dissipates in a few days. My pet had cruciate repair there. The vets made sure she suffered as little as possible. I take all of my pets there, as do a number of my friends, I have found that they try the least invasive procedures and medications first.

Waldorf Animal Clinic As with most of the Vets around here, WAC seems to push a lot of expensive meds, so I can't fault them for that. I can fault them for pushing unnecessary surgery. Our dog had been to most of the vets around here at one time or another, and each time my wife asked about a cyst on our dog's chest. Every other vet did a biopsy and said it was nothing to worry about. WAC said it was benign, but recommended that we have it removed anyway. My wife folded. The surgery was expensive, but our dog was afraid to w... read more

Waldorf Animal Clinic I would highly recommend Waldorf Animal Clinic. The staff there go out of their way to help and are very compassionate professionals. Several years ago we had an elderly cat who needed thyroid medication, special food, and eventually needed to be put down. The doctors at the clinic were so good to explain everything we needed to know about our options, treatments, medications, etc. We take our current cat there and again, have had nothing but good things to say about it.
