Up front very happy, now very disappointed. They had an opening in their schedule and removed my panels from my previous home with very efficient timing, were very professional, and quick. Once to the new location, I discussed with Mark mounting for the panels, inverter, etc. And all seemed well. I sent them the measurements required to get some engineering paperwork and never heard back.
