Recently got my ring resized here and my ring looks great! A perk of bringing it here is that the ring never leaves the building and that was important to me.

Got a custom ring here about a year ago which turned out lovely. Two stones have gotten knocked out, 1st time ended up comped (thank you!) and the other time was unfortunately the same day as dress shopping / Bachelorette weekend. These folks got it done in like 3.5h flat -- got lucky and had a perfect replacement stone on hand -- so it was back before any of the festivities could start. And they certainly undercharged us for service. Would absolutely recommend!

Got an amazing engagement ring. They were super helpful answering all my questions. I was able to sit down with them and design the ring in CAD. They even gave me recommendations on how to personalize the ring just for us. I am glad I was able to come and see a wax model before we went ahead and made the ring. Overall I had a great experience creating the ring. She said yes and I am glad I said yes to Waldo Jewelers.
