I called Steve in the middle of the night when I saw a bat fly throughy living room at 1 am. My husband was not home so I was home alone locked in my room. He answered on the first ring-was friendly, pleasant and calm and said he would be there in an hour. He arrived as promised and I trusted him fully to enter the home and deal with the bat while I was still locked in my room.
