Having an appointment in this place is a little harsh. They make you wait a long time. I had a 12:00 p.m. appointment I didn't get seen until AFTER 2:30 p.m.
NOLBIA VELASQUEZ is the worstttt. She’s so rude she won’t show up to the telehealth appointment. She’ll call you 2 hrs prior to your appointment. I didn’t request a phone call. It’s a telehealth. Unprofessional and CLASSLESS! I will be escalating this. As management there is garbage too.
What is wrong with this place?! They’re terrible. I called them and was on hold for over an hour. And get this… I was caller number 0 for the longest time! Smh. Honestly, they shouldn’t even be open.
