Marc Baer is extremely unprofessional and unprepared. He routinely misses appointments, he doesn’t communicate requirements when asking you for a request, I.e. asks you for a witness, but doesn’t explain they cannot be a family member. I would not recommend. I think he’s ready for retirement.
Micheal represented me in my case recently, I found them through MetLife legal plans and am glad I went with them. Good communication and friendly. If you find yourself needing a lawyer these are the go to people.

I called to speak with Mark Baer after receiving 2 letters from him by mail regarding the bankruptcy case of my daughter’s father and his child support obligation.
