We hired Waldman Engineering consultants to do some work for us at Oakridge Cemetery in Hillside, IL. and not only we lost $5,000.00 but thanks to them we got the building shot down by the cook county .. according to Mr. Mark Waldman he did a lot of work for us worth the $5,000.00 after I talked to his assistant (Jose) and told him not to do anything else; as far as I know they only spent about 4-6 hours at the site taking pictures and measurements, I did not get any blue prints, drawings or anyting else, but they ended up k... read more

Javier was my inspector for a home inspection. The report was extremely thorough and detailed. Javier is extremely knowledgeable. Exceeded my expectations, amazing customer service, and very responsive. Loved working with him!
Find someone that is detail oriented, accurate and unbiased. They were used for a settlement agreement as a neutral party for an inspection. Attached is the one area they came back to inspect after some work they recommended was done. Their photo doesn't show the full condition of that area. The maintenance company was unable to put the rotted base board back so they cut the end off and used lots of caulk everywhere. Bare end was left July 1st. WEC said this is acceptable. Based on the engineer's report I was able to make a determination as to whether or not to buy a home I was considering. The report was very useful since I could use it to have the builder make the necessay repairs. I think that hiring Waldman was money well spent. I highly recommend him if you have any hesitation about a new home purchase.
