We hired Waldman Engineering for several home inspections. Javier is professional and very thorough in his work. The report has great detail and neatly organized so much that is my checklist when repairing items in the property. We hired Waldman Engineering consultants to do some work for us at Oakridge Cemetery in Hillside, IL. and not only we lost $5,000.00 but thanks to them we got the building shot down by the cook county .. according to Mr. Mark Waldman he did a lot of work for us worth the $5,000.00 after I talked to his assistant (Jose) and told him not to do anything else; as far as I know they only spent about 4-6 hours at the site taking pictures and measurements, I did not get any blue prints, drawings or anyting else, but they ended up k... read more
