Stay away, at least from Daniel Turczan! I had a terrible experience with him. From his nasty attitude to his condescending treatment, I couldn’t take it anymore. I got out as soon as I could, and found another attorney. I tried to speak with Mr. Waldman, but never got a phone call back. Mr. Turczan was definitely not looking out for my best interest.
