It's NOT a "mobile home park".....It is a 'gated community' of VERY well kept MODULAR homes, and is a GREAT place to live !! 2 pools, lots of community activities, pool tables, tennis courts, putting green, fitness & exercise room, live music and more !! 🥰

Their HOA fees are outrageous, and I feel they should take care of individuals grounds since all seniors and.on.a fixed income. I would NOT recommend them at all!
Walden Woods is a great retirement community. They have lots of activities and different functions weekly. I teach a Chair Yoga class there once per week. Love the community. It's beautiful. Lots of trees and week kept with their maintenance company. Come look if you are in the over 55 young😁
