So called gym equipment hasn't been fixed in over 6 months
Just spent our first winter there. I have been in the retirement planning business for many years. This is a wonderful affordable and peaceful little retirement community. It is extremely well run, clean and super friendly community. This is proof that you can live in a nice home in a quiet, peaceful place with lots to do. It's NOT a "mobile home park".....It is a 'gated community' of VERY well kept MODULAR homes, and is a GREAT place to live !! 2 pools, lots of community activities, pool tables, tennis courts, putting green, fitness & exercise room, live music and more !! 🥰
