Nothing but high praise and accolades for Walden Universal Dental facility. Professional, well trained dental hygienists as well as courteous and friendly office staff. Dr Binh is patient and friendly. The painless freezing method applied to his procedures is a welcome alternative. Comfortable atmosphere with fresh, clean air circulating with entertainment on the ceiling to distract your attention. Always great work completed, thank you all.
Dr. Binh and his assistant were the epitome of gentleness and caring for my 94yr old mom and I would highly recommend this dental practice. It's ground floor and easily accessible for handicapped people inside and out. The only reason they lost a star is the initial unfriendliness of the front desk person.
My wife and I just came out of this office with the same opinion of how professional and skilled our Dental Hygienists were, and how nice it was to meet Dr Binh. And let’s not forget the polite and efficient office staff. A wonderfully positive experience all around. I would highly recommend this dental service.
