I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dental office and the incredible care they provided to my 101-year-old mother. From the moment we arrived, the entire team showed genuine kindness, patience, and compassion. My mother has significant physical limitations and uses a wheelchair, and what truly impressed us was that they were able to complete all of her dental work without even having to take her out of her wheelchair. Amazing dentist and staff.
Nothing but high praise and accolades for Walden Universal Dental facility. Professional, well trained dental hygienists as well as courteous and friendly office staff. Dr Binh is patient and friendly. The painless freezing method applied to his procedures is a welcome alternative. Comfortable atmosphere with fresh, clean air circulating with entertainment on the ceiling to distract your attention. Always great work completed, thank you all.
Dr. Binh and his assistant were the epitome of gentleness and caring for my 94yr old mom and I would highly recommend this dental practice. It's ground floor and easily accessible for handicapped people inside and out. The only reason they lost a star is the initial unfriendliness of the front desk person.
