I don’t ever leave reviews but this is taking a toll on my mental health. Terrible workmanship. 4 years in. Roof has leaked every year we’ve been here. This is not my first house or my second; Storms do not make roof leaks normally (or every year lol). Having lived in Nashville and Savannah and having owned a house prior to this one in Charlotte, no roof leaks. Then you add on the constant cracks and nail pops for years after it was built.
