If you bring your mower here you must go behind them and double check all their work as it could be fatal to your equipment if you dont. Had a zero turn mower serviced here & it stopped running within 5 minutes. I eventually checked the oil as it was supposed to be changed during the service. The OIL WAS COMPLETELY BONE DRY. I took my weedeater in for a tune up and got it 3 weeks and $70 later in worse shape. Wouldn’t run more than 10 seconds. They kept arguing that it wasn’t working before when I know for a fact it was, I use it for work made money with it up to the hour I handed it over to them.
Talked with owner over phone about my unusual request for my subcompact tractor. I didn't have the tools to do a fluid change, tire removal, and access my tiny tractor (oversized lawnmower), he took the time to talk with me about the request & fulfilled the fluid change same day. In September, used them for the first time. Quick turn around and very knowledgeable about many brands of mowers. I'm definitely using them from now on for our lawn mower repairs.
Great service. Dropped my mower off today because it wouldn’t start. Needed service as well. Got a call a few hours later saying it was ready. Figured I was last in line and was prepared to wait but same day call and it’s fixed. Obviously everyone’s situation will be different, but this was my first time there and will definitely be back and recommend these guys. Down to earth and just want to help.
