We previously worked with this company and had good experiences. However, we paid for a video product to be filmed over 5 months ago and have not yet received it. We have made countless attempts to contact and receive our product, but we have had no success and zero response. We just want the raw footage of the product that we already paid for therefore we are giving this company a one star review at this time.

However, in June of 2023 we paid for a video product to be filmed and edited, but we have not yet received anything or any communication. We have called, emailed, messaged and been to the office in person, but we have had no success and zero response from the company. We just want the raw footage of the product that we already paid for therefore we are giving this company a 1 star review at this time.
