I’ve lived here for four years, and I can honestly say Crystal has been the best property manager I’ve had. Friday night’s Hawaiian luau was just one example. There were games for the kids, a raffle for the adults, delicious food, and festive decorations that made the whole evening feel special. Everyone here is amazing! Love working here with the staff as well as the residents!
Good apartment complex, but when we moved in, there was roaches and bedbugs And the pool is always cold or not open usually, there’s no water pressure in the shower. It is dirty everywhere and when we came in, there was literally a burn mark on the island and the screen door came broken. and the backyard is always so messy from our upstairs neighbors And there’s always people walking by your house And our door came with a hole that looks like it has been painted over multiple times
I have been here going on a year and I have had nothing but a good experience. Im excited to renew my lease and stay here. Krystle is always very professional and helpful in every way. My kids and I love living here.
I’ve been here going on 4 years and until Krystle became a manager I hated living here. Past management never cared as much as Krystle does. She has done such a 360 on this property. I now enjoy living here because of her.
