Maira has been providing excellent support while in the process of doing application etc. we look forward to living here soon.
Management was just changed about a year ago and let me tell you, previous management was an absolute JOKE compared to what we have now. Maintenance is on top of things, cleanliness is a standard and everyone is treated with respect. Things are getting so much better and now I won't be moving anywhere anytime soon.
My aunt lives here and has for the last 5 years because she is low income and this is the only place that you could afford she hates it here and wishes she could get out of this complex badly. She says that neighbors are extremely loud up all night long doing drugs and partying. She says there are crackheads wandering around at all times a day in the parking lot. She has had somebody knocking on her door in the middle of her night random times and random days she doesn't answer the door of course but it is very disturbing. T... read more
I have lived in this apartment complex for several years and have dealt with many different managements in between. After all these years they finally have a great management team.. Crystal and Mariah.. that have been very attentive in taking care of all the issues that have been ignored for so long! And there was many issues including molding under the floor that was ignored and they had my whole floor redone! I am VERY happy with this new management staff!!
