This is the place I get my truck washed. I have to say the quality of service has gone down hill. I get the Gold wash package and if bug season I get the bug service. The gold package includes cleaning my dash, console and windows(inside and out). Today I had to finish the windows on the inside because there was smudges. The dash and console still had dust and dead bugs on them. I will have to fix that too. For the money you pay for a Gold package and bug service it should be done correctly.
I usually have absolutely no complaints but today I paid extra (from bronze, my normal , to gold because I wanted it extra clean) and my windshield is EXTREMELY smeary after asking to pay extra attention to it. Also they didn't re attach my antenna either. I'm short so now I have to find away to get it back on top of my SUV 🙄
The engineer up front was great. Go gators 🐊
Great place to get the car washed! The help is friendly and helpful.
