Definite lost my business. Worst job ever. Messed up the window on the driver side and would not accept blame nor do anything to correct the problem. Had issues in the past but never like this. Time to find someplace that cares about the job that is done.
By far the worst wash ive ever received. To start, staff were visibly annoyed whenever I politely asked whether I was able to get a hand wash rather than have my car go through the machine. I then forked over nearly $60, before workers even began moving. They finished in about 10 minutes, which would be a fantastic time if it was anything other than a thorough cleaning. Because if someone doesn't speak English perfectly, they don't want to serve you. For employees or owners like that, it's better not to work or not have a business.
