Got the platinum package and they did a great job tidying up my filthy car that hadn't been cleaned in forever! Donna did a great job taking care of all my needs! My main complaint, and the only reason this isn't five stars, is the glasswork was very sloppy. My windows and windshield are covered in streaks. It's the same story every time I come here, but they're about the only full service car wash around anymore and they do a pretty good job with everything else. The passenger side of my car was completely missed by the vacuum. Door handle still dusty and center console wasn't wiped down.
