Excellent customer service, makes you feel at home, welcoming, personable! I had taken the 10 min drive since my closest home hardware store item was out of stock, and Canadian tire declined any price matching for an advertised item. The associate offered scene points, and a coupon applied for purchasing more than 1. Carry out was also offered. Amazing experience! So happy I chose the 10 min drive.
No matter if I call to enquire about an item or go in person, the staff is extraordinarily friendly and always ready to help and answer questions. First class customer experience. Highly recommend.

Went to buy metal to fix my furnace and get a support. Local manager said that he would not offer a discount on a dented a piece of metal and then brought back another piece that was dented then was being extremely rude and told him we will not be coming back and he said OK that’s fine
