Excellent customer service, makes you feel at home, welcoming, personable! I had taken the 10 min drive since my closest home hardware store item was out of stock, and Canadian tire declined any price matching for an advertised item. The associate offered scene points, and a coupon applied for purchasing more than 1. Carry out was also offered. Amazing experience! So happy I chose the 10 min drive.
