ALWAYS an ISSUE when ordering from Walden Farms. They do NOT know how to pack their products to arrive in one piece. My last order they mixed up the shipping addresses so I received the wrong orders at the wrong locations which I had to basically re-deliver my own orders. Then when I tried to get replacements, they charged me for the broken items! Their customer service is null and void. No response ever with issues. No "We are so sorry" or "Let's make it right."
