As far as my experiences, they are the most honest repair shop . Compared to others they have saved me a lot of money and aggravation that I avoided by other repair shops . I’ve been dealing with this family owned business for over 20 years and lying , stealing and drugs is just not who they are . They went out of their way to take care of me and my entire family for many years
they will lie and steal , the owner is also an active drug addict. He smokes crack or uses heroine and had a drinking problem. The owner is in and out of rehab for drug use. You want a drug addict to fix your car?

My Brother Don's work is Excellent.
I have been going to Walden Collision for over 8 years now and would never go anywhere else. Don and company are so friendly. Recently my Rogue was hit and Don had it fixed and back to me in under 2 1/2 days and it looked better than when I bought it!! My daughter has taken her car there as well and she was also pleased with the service. I recommend Walden Collision highly you can't beat the service, quality or the price!
My auto repair shop recommended Walden Collision after someone hit my back bumper. The free estimate was immediate, I could schedule it whenever was convenient for me, they finished the work in less than the two days they said it would take ( and the one day was a blizzard with everyone else closed) and it looks better than it did when I got it from the showroom! Service With A Smile – I brought my 1936 Mercedes Gullwing into the shop after I lost one of the doors to my wife's negligence. She apparently thought you could pull the car in the garage with the door up! Well Don at Walden Collision was able to procure a new gullwing door direct from Mercedes in no time. They apparently had schematics for the door witch the guys over at Walden Collision promptly used to fabricate a new door and install on my baby all in a weeks time! Thank you Walden Collision!!
The service was fantastic. They where honest - did great work - they went out of the way to make everything go as well as it could. My car looks great and is running great. Thank you for the great service I received
