I am an out of state prospective cash buyer of a million dollar plus business. I have had two interactions with Walden businesses, and both have been very negative. I have bought and sold multiple businesses. I would not recommend Walden or it’s principal Sara Burden to ANY buyer or seller. Not only did I find them arrogant and very difficult to work with, but as a CPA, CFA and MBA, their “expert valuations” of businesses haven lacked financial integrity.
