I don't know where my review went, but I said that this place doesn't deserve a star. Constantly the recovery coaches would say that they don't wanna go into the mental health field, they are just there for the job. None of the therapists did anything. I couldn't even recognize who my dietitian was because I never saw her. Clients would do triggering things at the table during group like self harm with visible blood all over and staff wouldn't do anything to stop it. Our experience was a difficult journey that we are still on. At first I was untrusting and brokenhearted by my daughter’s struggle. As the staff here worked with us and we began to be patient with and trust the healing process, things improved. They were welcoming of our concerns and responsive.
