Not a perfect place but I loved it and it really didn’t help to be honest but it kept a lot of memories with me and I’m still mad I couldn’t give Matt a hug before I left but whatever but nice place otherwise
My experience was terrible. Their philosophy is “Intuitive Eating” and no such thing as good or bad foods. You are challenged to eat cookies rather than a fruit, etc because you get something from everything. I could go on and on, and for me they practiced out of the scope of their area of expertise. They don’t actually listen to what you have to say, and will force you to talk about things you may not be ready for. You will end up worse than better.
