They were all great! From booking an appt. to leaving with my baby after she was spayed.
I recently brought my dog in on emergency. I had spent $700 before walking in the door because of having to use vetwise ($200) and then the Walden emergency fee ($500). On top of this were the diagnostics (inconclusive) & the prescriptions. It also took 2 hours at home with vetwise and then over 4 hours in clinic, the majority of which we were unattended. The whole process from first contacting vetwise to leaving the clinic was over 7 hours. Thankfully, we have pet insurance but this cost is prohibiting people from bringing ... read more
Our dog got into an altercation with another dog which resulted in my dogs side of his face almost ripped off . This happened at our cottage in gogama . No one in the Timmins area would take him for emergency care which is only 45 minutes away, Walden animal hospital accepted him , without hesitation. They waited for us to arrive which was 3 hour drive away on a Saturday. The care he received was amazing, they are so patient and caring. We are very grateful to them for taking care of our old dog Rocco! Kudos to them !
