DO NOT come to this clinic, if you want empathy, understanding, or maturity from the veterinarians, I recommend looking elsewhere. I brought my senior (16 year old) cat here for a follow-up appointment on September 3rd, after taking him to the emergency vet in Barrie early in the morning the day prior (Sept 2nd), where he was checked, and his vitals were stable. My daughter trying to pick up perscription for her cat, they have had script since 10:00am still not ready at 4:46pm not very good service.
