We got married in March 2025 and let me tell you - Walden is worth every cent. We had looked at a couple locations in the Chicago area, like the Old Post Office, Bridgeport Art Center, and Rockwell on the River, some very beautiful locations however for us it was an easy decision on The Walden. I went to a wedding a couple weeks ago and I must say everything was absolutely perfect! The ceremony took place upstairs and the reception and cocktail hour was on the first floor. The food, drinks and service were fantastic! One of the best weddings I’ve been to in my lifetime. And I’m old as hell.
I’ve photographed multiple weddings at Walden throughout the seasons, and it’s truly one of the most versatile venues in the city. The space is a blank canvas that can transform to reflect any couple’s style. The rooftop offers an incredible skyline view, perfect for a first look or couples portraits.
