Rip off artist 250 for a tow from broadway way over priced then almost 200 for clean up 3 swipes with a broom and 1 shovel full that’s a joke avoid this place
I am from out of state working at the new stadium. On my way back to my hotel my truck started having some problems. I did not know where to go. I stopped in two places and all they could do was refer me to another place. I ended up at Walczak's auto service just before closing. I met Dennis. Not only did he say that he could take care of my truck. He gave me a ride to my hotel. He also recommended some place in the area to eat. He could not have been more helpful and friendly. Dennis and his team were very easy and straightforward to work with. I recently inherited a corvette from my father who passed away. Dennis was understanding of the situation and quoted me for future normal maintenance that would be needed going forward. He’s knowledgeable when it comes to taking care of your classic car and understands the level of care often associated with these classics. Highly recommend. They got me in and out for a NYS inspection within 30 minutes. They also provide dog therapy while you wait.
They never told me my car wasn’t able to be fixed, leading me to keep my car at their shop for days, waiting to hear back. I have some things left in my totaled car that they WONT GIVE BACK TO ME. I’ve been waiting for weeks.
In a terribly corrupt partnership with the police - towed a car 200 feet - charged $200 and then lied about how long they'd had the vehicle.
